It tracks technical trend changes and candidate observations across selected assets in research and monitoring mode only: no capital is deployed, no financial advice is provided, and no trade execution is enabled.

Many outcomes remain open, so MFE and MAE describe monitored movement after a signal, not realized profit or loss. The distribution will become more meaningful as closed outcome history accumulates.

The public crypto coverage state remains no_public_exposure. Internal research coverage is not a public asset list, source provenance is redacted, and no symbols are shown through disabled exposure modes.
Methodology Notes
Key terms used in this dashboard:
- CTO flip: A "Change of Trend" observation where price structure shifts under the system's rules from a downtrend to an uptrend pattern.
- Signal band: A lower / medium / higher classification of signal strength, not a precise numeric score.
- Watch tier: A relative observation priority tier (A through D). Reflects signal quality and data confidence.
- MFE: Maximum Favorable Excursion — the strongest positive price move observed after a signal. An observational tracking metric.
- MAE: Maximum Adverse Excursion — the strongest negative price move observed after a signal. An observational tracking metric.
- Governance state: Whether the system's safety controls allow deployment decisions. Restricted means no deployment is permitted.
