Limitations and Disclaimer
CTO Scanner is for research and monitoring only. It is not financial advice, does not recommend trades, and does not execute transactions.
What This System Is
- A public research-monitoring dashboard that displays sanitised export outputs.
- A static view of the latest scanner-produced data, reflecting export state at the time of the last successful nightly run.
- A way to observe export freshness, candidate monitoring rows, historical signal outcome records, and system governance state.
- A project that is in research and monitoring mode only — no capital is deployed, no trades are executed, and no live financial operations are active.
- A project that requires careful human interpretation and independent review before any real-world decision is considered.
What This System Is Not
- Not financial advice. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice under any jurisdiction.
- Not trading advice. No output on this site recommends entering or exiting a trading position.
- Not buy/sell signals. Candidate rows, signal bands, and watch tiers are monitoring observations, not actionable trade signals.
- Not portfolio allocation guidance. Public data should not be used to allocate capital without independent professional assessment.
- Not proof of future performance. Historical outcome records describe post-signal observations only. Past observed excursions do not predict future results.
- Not an automated trading system. No automation connected to this public dashboard executes trades or deploys capital.
- Not a replacement for professional judgment or human review. Any real-world decision based on any data on this site requires independent analysis, risk controls, and human approval.
Public Data Limitations
- Public files are sanitised exports. Internal scoring details, private weighting logic, and proprietary methodology internals are intentionally excluded from all public files.
- Public files may omit internal review context. Human review notes, internal escalation flags, and unpublished corrections are not included in public exports.
- Public rows include operational flags. Fields such as governance state, readiness, quality, and permission flags describe internal system states, not market conditions.
- Public data may be incomplete, delayed, or stale. If the scheduled export workflow has not completed successfully, the public site may reflect an older export. Timestamps in each file indicate when data was last generated.
- Static pages reflect the latest available export, not live market state. The dashboard and CSV files are generated snapshots, not live feeds.
- Open outcome records are incomplete. Rows with
status: openare observations still in progress. Their return and excursion values may be partial or absent.
Status and Label Interpretation
Labels displayed on the dashboard and in public exports describe internal system states. They are not market forecasts, buy/sell recommendations, or indicators of asset direction.
Labels such as red, blocked, not_ready, restricted, poor_quality, very_low_confidence, and extreme are operational, readiness, governance, quality, or confidence states. They indicate the current posture of internal system controls — not the direction of any asset's price.
Labels such as launch_ready, available, and research_monitoring_only are export health and operating-mode indicators. They confirm that the public export completed successfully and that no live trading is active.
For a full glossary of status values, see the Data Dictionary.
Freshness and Update Cadence
Public files reflect the latest export available to the static site. They are updated when the scheduled scanner/export workflow completes successfully.
The public site should not be treated as live, real-time, continuous, or guaranteed. Exports may be delayed if the scheduled workflow does not complete, if upstream data is unavailable, or if governance controls prevent a run.
The generated_at field in each CSV and the freshness timestamps in
public_status_summary.json indicate when data was last refreshed.
Human Review Requirement
All public outputs require human interpretation. Public data should be treated as informational monitoring output only.
No action — financial, operational, or otherwise — should be taken based solely on information presented on this site. Any consideration of real-world use requires independent professional assessment, suitable risk controls, and explicit human approval.
